拉瓦的母親把他送到海邊和他年輕的叔叔住在一起，他馬上開始工作。一天，他發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)人被沖上了岸。在醫(yī)院里，Wut醫(yī)生診斷出這個(gè)人患有健忘癥，他的叔叔自愿將Lava作為他的看護(hù)人。熔巖命名他為波，并重新分配他所有的職責(zé)給陌生人。Wave對(duì)體力勞動(dòng)的挑剔和無能令人驚訝，暗示著它過去的驕縱。
